GO!
This space once chronicled life with children and our Dallas adventures. Now the kids are grown, and I’m still adventuring — traveling, thinking, and writing — as I learn to trade social media scrolling for slower reflections.

T-ball
This spring Everett was finally old enough to play t-ball! He has loved throwing and catching balls from birth! After we signed him up, an email was sent to the 12 families on the team that one of the parents needed to step up and be the coach. When no other parent would step up, I said that I would do it because I knew how how much Everett was looking forward to playing. Luckily, we had a dad (who is bilingual) say that he would help as well. 2 of the players do not speak much English, so the other parent has been a big help! It is so cute to see this team of 4 year olds play. Each team has every player bat and all of the kids run around the bases, no one counts runs or outs. It is very low stress! The kids are learning the game (slowly) and having a great time! I named our team the Dragons!
