A Trip to Houston

See, I wasn't lying about the hat! We had a great visit to Houston for my stepbrother David's wedding. And a big thank you to Charles and Jessie for the wonderful accommodations and hospitality! While we were in Houston, Charles took a family photo. Enjoy!

A new favorite hat

One of the lovely ladies at Lovers Lane UMC, Olga Pickett, made a baby blanket for the new baby. Her daughter, Pat Ewert, made the new baby a yellow knit hat and a pink one for Madeleine. She loves it and has worn it nonstop since she received it two days ago. She even wears it to bed!

Swimming Party at Aunt Terri's!

My step-sister, Terri, has moved to the Dallas area! We had a great day there today with Grandma, Sydney, Aunt Kristin, and Baby Austin! What a fun pool party! Madeleine loves her Aunt Terri!
